Garlic Cheese Naan, Fishtail Chicken Special, Lamb Aspargus
Bank card, Cash
Fishtail, located in one of Lisbon’s residential neighbourhoods, is a low key restaurant. You know, those places that you only get to know because a friend told you about it? This is one of them.
The fact that this modest restaurant is usually packed sparked my curiosity. So I made it a point to find out what made this place special. Fishtail is a restaurant with Indian and Nepalese food therefore, you will find classics like chicken, lamb or shrimp with popular curries like Korma, Tika Masala, Saag, among others.
Fishtail has some aspects that make it remarkable. The menu has a fish section, as well as some dishes with aspargus which aren’t very common in most Indian/Nepalese restaurants. Yet for me, the strongest point was that the food just tasted way better than in most similar restaurants I’ve eaten at. The garlic cheese naan, the tika masala chicken, and the special lamb were all delicious and among the best I’ve had in Lisbon. Yum!
