Brick Café is located in the cooler-by-the-minute area of Anjos, appealing to the locals as a middle ground between the more traditional coffeeshops and the uber-alternative community projects.

The space is simple and modern but cosy, with enough light for a study session or just a quick stop for your morning java. The staff is friendly and helpful to the many customers that come throughout the day.

Lunch is served everyday on a menu that isn’t fixed, varying daily depending on the available produce but always with a meat, a fish, a salad and a soup dish. If you want to know the options of the day, you can check it out on their facebook page, they post them daily. For dessert (or just on it’s own!), there’s delicious homemade cakes and an ample selection of pastries, anything to satisfy that sweet tooth.

On the weekends, there’s brunch but be warned it can get pretty packed, so come early (you can get it from 11h to 15h). There are 2 brunch options: mini and normal (7 and 12€). It comes with eggs, a selection of cheeses and cold meats, fresh bread and a croissant. A cold and a hot beverage are also included, as well as possibly any specials of the day.
